1. Introduction

Welcome to PrathamAlgo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

PrathamAlgo provides a technology platform for algorithmic trading execution and does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or portfolio management services.

2. Nature of Service

PrathamAlgo is a software-based execution platform. We only facilitate:

  • Order automation
  • Strategy execution
  • Trade placement via broker APIs
⚠️ We are NOT a stock broker, advisor, or portfolio manager.

3. No Investment Advice

All strategies, tools, and features are purely technical. We do not guarantee profits. Users are solely responsible for strategy selection, trade decisions, and risk management.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading in stock markets involves high financial risk, including but not limited to:

  • Market volatility & sudden price movement
  • Slippage (price difference)
  • Gap-up / gap-down openings
  • Stop-loss skipping
👉 Users acknowledge that they may incur partial or total financial loss.

5. No Liability for Losses ⚠️

PrathamAlgo shall NOT be held responsible for any financial loss arising from:

  • Market Risks: Sudden volatility, price gaps, flash crashes, illiquid conditions
  • Technical Issues: Server downtime, system delay, execution delay, internet issues, software bugs
  • Broker / API Issues: API failure, order rejection, delayed or partial execution, disconnection
  • Third-Party Failures: Exchange issues, data provider errors, network outages
🔴 Even if loss occurs due to a system error, bug, or technical glitch — PrathamAlgo is not liable.

6. Order Execution Disclaimer

Orders are executed via third-party broker APIs. PrathamAlgo does not control final execution. Execution depends on broker systems and exchange conditions.

We do not guarantee exact price execution, timely execution, or order success.

7. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for monitoring trades, setting correct parameters (SL, Target, Qty), verifying orders, and managing capital.

👉 Users must NOT rely fully on automation.

8. System Downtime / Maintenance

Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages. During downtime, orders may not execute and existing trades may remain open. PrathamAlgo is not liable for such scenarios.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrathamAlgo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

10. No Guarantee of Performance

Past performance ≠ future results. Algorithms may fail under different market conditions.

11. Compliance & Legal

Users must comply with SEBI regulations, Exchange rules, and Broker policies. Any misuse of the platform is the user's sole responsibility.

12. Account & Security

Users are responsible for API key security and login credentials. Any unauthorized use is the user's liability.

13. Modification of Terms

PrathamAlgo reserves the right to update Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected, suspicious activity is observed, or due to regulatory requirement.

PrathamAlgo is a technology platform only. All trading decisions are taken by the user. Any financial loss — whether due to market conditions, technical issues, or system errors — shall be solely borne by the user.
